RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Writer in Los Angeles, CA.The Technical Writer will be responsible for 165(d) Resolution Planning contributions, including the following:Document and template management:- Manage multiple live MS documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint in shared Teams environment; Control access, establish consistent and controlled tables, document links, refreshes, across ~40 contributors
- Manage templates
- Maintain central storage of all supporting materials and map to submission documents
- Coordinate with SMEs and section drafters/reviewers regarding content, timeline, and financial analysis
- Work alongside Legal, Risk and Treasury professionals on resolution strategy and financial analysis
- Independently identify and gather inputs and data elements from relevant subject matter experts across the organization
- Draft narrative and other content for 165(d) Resolution Plan alongside SMEs as a technical writer and partner
- Consolidate different components of the Plan including elements provided from multiple functions to ensure a cohesive document
- Provide status updates and substantive reviews of the Resolution Plan materials to Senior Management
- Develop presentation materials in PowerPoint and Word to convey status updates, key decision points, and program requirement
- Review resolution plan draft for content consistency, assumptions alignment, formatting, quality control
REQUIREMENTS:
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
