Service Desk analyst - hybrid - Plymouth Meeting

Our client in the Plymouth Meeting, PA area is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team. 2-3 days will be remote from home.

Position Description:

• Answer calls and provide IT support to internal users, escalate when needed
• Some Desk Side support as well.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of tech support providing end-user support
• Microsoft Windows, Office (Word Power Point, Excel) and Outlook experience
• Ability to handle high volume and difficult scenarios in a professional manner
• Ability to quickly learn new computer technology
