Part-Time Property Coordinator to $26/hour!
Our client, a growing commercial and high-end retail real estate developer, is seeking a part-time Property Coordinator to join their team! In this role, the Property Coordinator will provide administrative support and customer service to customers, tenants, contractors, vendors and community partners. The qualified candidate will have 3+ years of professional experience.
Position Details:
- Location: Chestnut Hill, MA
- Work Model: In office, 20 hours per week
- Degree: Preferred
- Responsibilities include managing general office duties such as mail distribution, screening calls, handling email inquiries, receiving guests, and coordinating with management and security, while also ensuring the maintenance of office space, supplies, and equipment. Additionally, it requires developing office procedures, maintaining records for property management, ensuring vendor insurance compliance, reviewing invoices, processing expense reports, handling accounting functions, and updating tenant manuals and corporate databases.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, a proactive attitude, adaptability, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle multiple projects independently while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines; bilingual skills and WordPress experience are also a plus.
