Our client is seeking a Workday Functional Leads/Analyst - Talent, Performance, Absence in Charlotte, New Jersey, New York.

Role Description

From initial assessments to entire transformations, you'll deliver Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions by specifically focussing of Workday Talent, Performance, Absence with knowledge of Core HCM functional areas as well as subject matter expertise within those topic areas.

• Be a hands-on Talent, Performance and Absence Lead on assigned projects helping to configure and streamline processes

• Facilitate Design Sessions, capture requirements, configure creative solutions

• Partner with customer and HRIS team members on yearly compensation cycle and to provide project support

• Responsibilities include documentation, configuration, testing support, go-live support, and post-production (hypercare) support;

• Participate in an innovative, team-centered culture for the HCM team to enable constant innovation;

• Direct efforts to improve and implement system integrations between Workday and internal applications.

• Demonstrate consultative skills by collaborating with a global team

• Timely and accurate delivery of project deliverables and documentation

• Work closely with colleagues in the HRIS team to support testing internal changes and Workday releases.

• Provide the highest level of customer support via internal ticketing system and all other standard forms of communication and interaction

Skills & Requirement :

• A proven role in Workday Talent, Performance and Absence implementations;

• Experience with the execution of projects within a structured methodology;

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, focused on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint;

• Strong written and oral communication skills Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience;

• 5+ years of previous work experience.

• Workday Certifications: HCM Core, Talent, Performance, and Absence preferred
