We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to the overall success of our organization. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for various tasks related to the receiving, storing, and shipping of products, as well as maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- 100% on Site
- Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
- $16 to $21 an hour depending on experience
- Temporary and/or Temporary to Perm Opportunity
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
- Organize and store products in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist in periodic physical inventories.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare and label shipments for outbound delivery.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing to meet customer demands.
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies or damages.
- Prepare shipping documents and labels for outgoing shipments.
- Coordinate with carriers for timely pick-ups and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with other departments.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and order tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines.
