Job Title Sr. Manager or Director, Visual Design
Location: Remote
This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside near one of our office locations.

Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Creative Leader in Visual/Graphic Design to work together with us to craft innovative communication solutions for strategic programs.
As a key partner in a small creative corporate studio team, you'll be responsible for guiding the visual expression of a suite of programs and design systems. You'll collaborate with senior executives and teams throughout global services and customer teams to support or lead critical programs.
What You'll Do
• Design visually compelling concepts, wireframes, mockups, specs, and final designs to convey messaging and achieve goals across materials, presentations, experiences, systems, and more.
• Iterate on designs based on research study outcomes, goals, and feedback from key collaborators and leadership.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual style across all projects and contribute to the definition of an emerging corporate style guide.
• Contribute to the exploration and establishment of a corporate data design language.
• Work with the larger visual design community across the company to contribute to community development and investments.
What You'll Bring
• 5+ years professional experience in visual and motion design.
• 5+ years professional experience working on high-quality projects with engineers, product management, and UX.
• Strong ability to communicate complex ideas through clear, compelling visuals.
• Experience developing scalable design systems, templates, and frameworks to improve efficiency and consistency across teams.
• Capable of managing multiple projects with acute attention to detail.
• Possess exceptional taste and ability to inspire others through thoughts, actions, and creations.
• Attention to detail and proficient in typography, layout, and color.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment and handle ambiguity appropriately.
• Experience working on cross-functional teams with effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional experience working on communication and product design projects from concept through launch.
• Proficiency in end-to-end user experience design or prototyping a bonus.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the targeted base salary pay range is $120,000 to $200,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
