Vice President, Locums Workforce Solutions

Job Summary

The Vice President of Locums Workforce Solutions secures new Managed Service Provider and Vendor Management System agreements with healthcare organizations. This position requires a consultative sales approach to cultivate relationships with client decision-makers. In this senior-level position, you are encouraged to have a deep understanding of the industry, a strong knowledge of technology solutions, understanding of Physician Medical Groups and also be able to identify proper client stakeholders to pursue opportunities for potential partnerships.

Job Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and expand strategic client relationships.
  • Identify potential partner targets that can build new revenue opportunities and service lines.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the service lines across all accounts.
  • Handle sales pipeline and resources to support volume growth.
  • Drive volume/growth to meet performance targets by generating demand and ensuring accurate placement execution.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities and visit clients as needed.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with internal, external and third-party stakeholders
  • Increase AMN service offerings' market share.
  • Optimally articulate the benefits of the VMS technology automation to client stakeholders

Qualifications

Education & Years of Experience
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience (10+) OR High School Diploma/GED with 12+ years of work experience.

Additional Experience
  • Locum tenens sales experience is required.
  • Staffing industry experience, specifically selling Vendor Management Systems, is highly preferred.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements
  • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
  • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
  • Approximately 40% travel is expected, but this can increase or decrease based on client needs.

Pay Rate
$148,000 - $185,000 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
