RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an UX Designer III in Greenwood Village, CO.Summary:Our client's product design and development teams create mobile apps, responsive websites, TV apps (for both traditional cable set-top boxes and streaming devices), and other digital products aimed at enhancing customer experiences. The Content Design team collaborates closely with product designers, UX researchers, accessibility architects, software developers, and product managers to shape seamless user experiences through strategic content.Who You Are:You're not just a writer; You're a design strategist who understands how content shapes user interactions within digital products. You recognize the pivotal role of language in user experience and are adept at "designing with words." You appreciate the nuances of voice and tone and thrive in creatively solving complex problems. Your adaptability and versatility allow you to devise solutions that simplify complex concepts for our customers. You're self-motivated, capable of independent work within a supportive team environment, and value collaborative feedback.Duties:
  • Engage in design thinking, UI copywriting, user testing, and refining UX content standards within our design system
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to regular writing and design critiques
  • The content you craft and influence will directly impact the experiences of millions of our customers


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in identifying problems, conducting discovery processes, assessing relevant metrics to measure progress towards goals, and effectively communicating narrative behind achievements
  • Demonstrated experience as a content designer, UX writer, or in a related role
  • Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, JIRA, Confluence, and Trello (or the ability to quickly learn them)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant work samples, or a portfolio website required with application
  • Experience with UX design principles and methodologies is a plus


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
