Our client is seeking a dedicated Test Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to ensuring the quality and reliability of our client's software solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating master test plans, executing test cases, and managing test schedules for various development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute master test plans and related documents, test cases, and test schedules
- Conduct functionality, user interface, regression, security, and user acceptance tests
- Document test scripts and plans tied back to requirements
- Identify and track defects, issues, risks, and action items
- Validate requirements for system testing, prepare reports, record defects, and track progress
- Perform regression testing to validate the resolution of software or system defects
- Provide input for program schedules and develop use cases
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, coupled with 2-6 years of experience in an IT testing environment. Previous airline industry experience is a plus.
