Location:

• Primary: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Note: Overtime may be required.

Project Summary: As a Lead Business Systems Consultant on the Platform Stability, Safety, and Soundness (PS3) Platform Team, you will support Digital Transformation and Innovation. Your focus will be on driving, executing, and supporting practices and innovative solutions that deliver sustainable, stable, and mature operations across the Platform organization.

Responsibilities:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Systems Consulting.
• Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
• Liaise with line of business partners and technology teams to document and troubleshoot issues related to risk, vulnerability, and technology relevance.
• Lead or participate in technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems.
• Contribute to the development of cost-effective systems and procedures that meet relevant business requirements.
• Lead geographically distributed teams and partner extensively with technology teams and risk and compliance technology partners.

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in Technology Vulnerability Management within the financial industry.
• 5+ years of technology leadership or project management experience in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing and competing priorities.
• Proficiency in data analytics, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to research and troubleshoot data-related issues to provide quality and accurate deliverables.
• Experience interacting with larger teams across geographies, coaching, and mentoring as necessary.
• Expertise in JIRA and Kanban, with the ability to exploit JIRA's features to efficiently manage workloads.
• 5+ years of business intelligence experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to confidently interact with senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Python/Java scripting and automation.
• Proficiency in JIRA Automation.
• Experience with data reporting and dashboarding tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience supporting an enterprise-level environment.
• Strong team or technical leadership experience.

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to communicate and articulate effectively with senior leadership.
