Job Description Summary:
There was an exit of a senior trainer at L27, we are replacing this position with 2 trainers - one in India and the other in AMER (low cost location). I have the email approval from our VP to go ahead. Since, we are lowering the level of the positions, we are able to hire 2 positions without incurring additional cost

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Fullstack Trainer to lead the development and delivery of training programs for web and mobile application technologies. You will educate and mentor teams or individuals on using the entire technology stack, from back-end services to user interfaces, ensuring they understand how to build responsive, scalable, and secureapplications.

Responsibilities include creating comprehensive training materials, conducting workshops, and guiding participants in building and integrating APIs. Experience with mobile development-whether cross-platform or native-is highly valued.

You will cover modern frameworks such as React.js for front-end development, Node.js and Spring Boot for server-side development, and mobile technologies like React Native, Xamarin, or Java for native applications. Knowledge of SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) is a plus. A strong passion for teaching, willingness to stay updated with new technologies, and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) are essential.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop content and train on scalable web and mobile applications using React.js, React Native, Node.js, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
  • Understand and train technologists on how to Build and integrate APIs, ensuring smooth collaboration between front-end and back-end teams.
  • Create technical content, including documentation, tutorials, and training materials.
  • Guide trainees thru all stages of the SDLC, including development, testing, and deployment.
  • Stay updated on new technologies and best practices in web and mobile development.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Graduate / Post Graduate on Computer Science with Proven expertise in delivering training on JavaScript, React.js, React Native, Node.js, and Spring Boot.
  • Should have both development & training experience in the mentioned technologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prefer Full stack trainer with exposure to mobile development.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies; familiarity with SDLC processes. Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is also an advantage.
