Job Description:

As a Systems Operations Engineer, you will:

• Participate in initiatives of low to moderate complexity and identify opportunities for process improvements within Systems Operations Engineering.
• Review and analyze basic or tactical assignments or challenges requiring research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
• Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations, exercising some independent judgment while developing an understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Provide information and support to client personnel in Systems Operations Engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Implement, troubleshoot, and provide customer service support for the Axway SAFE-T platform and protocols such as SFTP, HTTPS, and AS2.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Systems Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Proficiency in technical communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
