We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Systems Engineer III to join our dynamic IT Infrastructure team. This role is essential in supporting our a plant operations, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities

• Act as a representative of the corporate IT Infrastructure team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across various business units.
• Manage and resolve incidents using ServiceNow, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Coordinate the staging, installation, and configuration of new or upgraded systems.
• Document business requirements, use cases, and system requirements to support infrastructure products and services.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to understand and document business needs and system functionalities.
• Develop test plans and coordinate testing for new systems prior to deployment.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Utilize Azure DevOps to manage assigned work efforts and keep records current.

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience in IT infrastructure management, particularly in a plant setting.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Visio, and Teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal customers and vendors.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of performance improvement methodologies, such as LEAN.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project coordination concepts.
• Experience with network, voice, servers, and security technologies.
• Direct or indirect leadership experience on enterprise initiatives.
