We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee high-rise construction projects with a focus on block concrete structures. The ideal candidate will manage all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Manage schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Oversee subcontractors and construction crews.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Resolve any issues or delays promptly to maintain project timelines.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders, including clients and project managers.
