Job Title: Commercial Superintendent - K-12 Projects

Location: Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 base pay plus benefits

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Superintendent to lead K-12 construction projects from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience managing K-12 projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of K-12 construction projects, from inception through completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Manage and mentor on-site construction teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 5 to 8 years of experience in commercial construction, specifically with K-12 projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
