Under limited supervision, responsible for development of the Data & Technology organization's strategic plan(s).
Essential Functions
- Coordinates input from all major business units to facilitate the integration of individual business unit plans, best practices, and global and multi-discipline perspectives.
- Develops concepts into strategies including quantitative analyses and recommendations; screens plans for strategic fit, feasibility and profitability prior to presentation to senior management.
- Identifies, researches, analyzes and makes recommendations to support the organization's growth objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
- This position will be responsible for driving strategic engagement within the Global Data & Technology Organization.
- Develop strategic concepts, conduct quantitative analysis and present recommendations to Executive leadership team in support of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the Data & Technology organization.
- Foster digital fluency by understanding organizational priorities and developing compelling narratives that drive thought leadership and resonate with key audiences, internal and external.
- Drive cultural engagement and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the Data &Technology organization, fostering a more inclusive workplace.
- Develop and implement strategy for internal and external awards and recognition programs, ensuring continuous improvement and periodic refreshes to maintain relevance and impact.
- Lead comprehensive employee feedback initiatives, including the development and implementation of action plans, ensuring continuous improvement by effectively closing the loop on identified issues and fostering a culture of accountability and responsiveness.

Minimum EducationBachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or business administration or equivalent.
Minimum ExperienceFive (5) years work experience in information technology or business environment including project management, strategy, quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement, or market/competitive analysis.

Domicile Information: This position can be domiciled any where in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need. Preferred location is Memphis.

Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum. and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job, and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $7,094/month-12,533/month
