We are currently looking to fill the role of Staff Accountant for our F&A team. This role supports the project setup, customer billing, accounts receivable, and general accounting functions.

Pay: $55,000-72,000

STAFF ACCOUNTANT ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Work closely with Project Managers to prepare customer invoices.
• Communicate with clients regarding unpaid invoices.
• Assist in vetting the creditworthiness of potential clients.
• Assist with recording journal entries and reconciling general ledger accounts in a timely manner.
• Assist with fixed asset accounting and record-keeping.
• Assist with year-end audit and tax requests and support internal audit functions.
• Support business needs including special projects, management reporting, and strategic analysis.
• Work collaboratively across functional departments and business segments.
• Assist the Finance team with forecasting.
• Other duties as assigned.

STAFF ACCOUNTANT ESSENTIAL CREDENTIALS:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years accounting experience.
• Excellent organizational skills combined with strong attention to detail.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Excel as well as other Microsoft Office tools.
• Demonstrate professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player and possess excellent communication and customer service skills required
• Must be highly detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
