Sr. User Experience Designer

IDR is seeking a Sr. User Experience Designer to join one of our top clients for a 100% remote opportunity. This role is vital for driving innovative design solutions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. As a Sr. User Experience Designer, you will lead projects that push the boundaries of design while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and user-centered experiences.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in user experience design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Expertise in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, including usability testing.
• Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders across various levels.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with product managers and developers.
