Alteryx is searching for a Lead to Opportunity Specialist. This position is remote-friendly.
Position Overview:
The Lead to Opportunity Specialist is a crucial part of the Go-To-Market team, responsible for optimizing processes and systems during the lead to opportunity phase of the customer journey. This role integrates process management, marketing technology, and data analytics to enhance marketing operations. Key responsibilities include ensuring efficient lead follow-up, conducting lead segmentation analysis, overseeing opportunity tracking, supporting data integrity, and driving continuous improvement in marketing workflows, all aimed at aligning with the organization's revenue strategy and improving lead conversion and pipeline efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine marketing processes aimed at enhancing the lead to opportunity phase, aligned with broader business objectives.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to select, implement, and optimize CRM and marketing automation tools to enhance lead tracking and conversion.
- Analyze lead conversion effectiveness, using data-driven insights for improvement.
- Partner across teams to ensure lead follow-up processes are efficient, understood (including sales enablement and training on lead management), adhered to with proper SLA monitoring and governance, and oversee processes to ensure continuous movement through the funnel.
- Partner with stakeholders in data science and sales to conduct lead segmentation analysis, and analyze and optimize target audience efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure accurate conversion of leads to opportunities, track and manage conversion processes, and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies to improve pipeline analysis and KPI tracking.
- Lead marketing workflow improvements, emphasizing campaign management and lead nurturing processes.
- Support data integrity in the CRM and ensure compliance with internal policies for lead to opportunity conversion processes.
- Establish and maintain KPIs specific to the lead to opportunity phase and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Drive change within marketing operations, promoting new tools and practices to enhance lead to opportunity efficiency.

- Ability to lead and implement change in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively negotiate, manage stakeholder expectations, and align strategies across Marketing, Sales, and the Enterprise Applications teams for smooth transitions between lead to opportunity phases.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on process improvement and technological innovation.
- Skilled in digital marketing, CRM systems, data analytics, and product management.
- Proficient in marketing analytics, project management, and deriving actionable insights.
- Strong in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and user stories.
- Excellent in writing concise user stories and managing backlogs.
- Superior communication and coordination skills across sales, marketing, and product teams
Success Measures:
- Demonstrated improvements in marketing process efficiencies and campaign performance.
- Increased lead generation and conversion rates due to optimized marketing processes.
- Positive stakeholder feedback on the integration and effectiveness of marketing systems.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience focusing on marketing process management and technology.
- Experience in managing product development from conception through market launch, particularly aligning with the lead to opportunity phase.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Compensation:Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
The salary range for this role in the United States is $90,000 - $115,000.
