Job Description Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to oversee the implementation and management of our department's OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework. This role will be critical in ensuring alignment, tracking progress, and facilitating continuous improvement within the team.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to oversee the implementation and management of our NA SMB market OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework. This role will be part of a team focused on winning in the NA SMB market.

This role will be critical in ensuring alignment, tracking progress, and facilitating continuous improvement within the team. In addition to managing the department's OKRs, this position will be responsible for developing and managing departmental operating rhythms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage departmental operating cadences

• Manage the setup and execution of department-wide OKRs.
• Track progress against established OKRs and report on performance metrics.
• Facilitate regular cadences for progress reviews, addressing any blockers that arise.

• Manage the process cascading and reporting OKR progress at executive levels
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement tactics to enhance OKR progress.
• Adjust OKRs as necessary based on team feedback and changing priorities.
• Provide training and support to staff on the OKR framework and best practices.
• Foster a culture of transparency and accountability within the department.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• 7 - 10 years experience in consulting, business operations, or project/program management

• Proven experience in managing OKR frameworks or similar goal-setting methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tracking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and facilitate productive discussions.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
