Hays Facilities Management are partnered with a leading healthcare organization to hire (2) Sr. Maintenance Techs in the Rye, NY area (1st Shift & 3rd Shift).

Your new role

The job duties for the Sr. Maintenance Tech includes the following:

- Completion of work orders associated with Mechanical, Electric, Plumbing and other needed maintenance
- Work on Preventive Maintenance activities, including BMS (Building Management System)
- Ensure logs and inventory are up-to-date
- Special projects including: Office builds/renos, evaluating refrigeration performance, etc.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

- Strong experience supporting building maintenance operations in Rye, NY (Westchester)

- Skilled in MEP functions, including work orders and BMS
- Ability to perform multi-site work- (Manhattan, LIC, Westbury, LI and Rye, NY)- *Work vehicles will be provided*
- ***1st Shift- 6AM-2PM and 3rd Shift- 10PM-6AM (3rd Shift offers a 10% pay differential)***

What you'll get in return

Hourly between $29-$33, benefits, PTO, car provided
