Our client is seeking a seasoned Sr. Java Developer to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional with 6+ years of experience in the field, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, construct, test, and implement business and technical IT solutions through the application of appropriate software development life cycle methodology.
- Participate in standard business and technical IT solution implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and conversions.
- Use appropriate tools to analyze, identify, and resolve business and/or technical problems.
- Interact with the customer to gain an understanding of the business environment and technical context.
- Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of IT solutions encompassing multiple specializations, platforms, and technologies.

Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Specialized knowledge in a single discipline such as assembly/integration, cross-discipline functions, knowledge engineering, industry expertise, or legacy evolution.
- Proven ability to define project scope, plans, and deliverables, including proposed implementation dates.
- Experience in researching, analyzing, recommending, and implementing new technologies, standard processes, tools, and techniques.
