Overview:
We are looking for a talented Technology Operations consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be crucial in assessing technology applications that are outdated and creating and implementing roadmaps and solutions for a future state to create improved customer experiences. You will be creating a new servicing platform and simultaneously address infrastructure challenges.
What You'll Do:
- Create a new servicing platform and address infrastructure challenges.
- Process Improvement: Support efforts to refine and enhance existing processes related to request handling and disclosure management.
- Research and Writing: Assist in fact-checking, writing, and conducting research for various disclosure requests and sustainability reports.
- Organizational Support: Maintain high organization standards to manage multiple requests and deadlines effectively, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
What You'll Bring:
- Strong Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and requests simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Research and Writing Proficiency: Capable of conducting thorough research, fact-checking information, and producing clear and accurate written content.
- Process Improvement Mindset: Ability to identify areas for process enhancements and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Effective Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Previous Slalom experience strongly preferred

Compensation and Benefits:At Slalom, we are committed to supporting our team members both professionally and personally. For this role, the pay range is $127/hour to $133/hour, with actual compensation depending on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. The pay range is subject to change and may be adjusted periodically.
