RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Greenwood Village, CO that is seeking a Senior UX Content Designer to join their dynamic team.Overview:Our client is dedicated to revolutionizing how customers engage with digital products and services. As a leader in the telecommunications industry, they strive to deliver seamless user experiences through innovative design and cutting-edge technology.In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the content strategy and design across their enterprise-level digital products. Your focus will be on creating clear, concise, and compelling content that enhances user engagement and supports business objectives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product designers, UX researchers, developers, and product managers to understand user needs and project requirements
  • Lead the development and implementation of content strategy across multiple digital platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand voice and tone
  • Design and refine user interfaces (UI) copy, microcopy, and instructional content to optimize user interactions and achieve usability goals
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and content audits to continuously improve content effectiveness and user experience
  • Create and maintain content guidelines, style guides, and design systems to facilitate scalable and consistent content creation
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content design and user experience


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a content designer or similar role in an enterprise-level environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing content design projects across various digital platforms and industries
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as Figma, Sketch, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
  • Expertise in UX/UI principles, content strategy, information architecture, and design thinking methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
