Senior Trust and Estates Paralegal

Senior Trust & Estates Paralegal needed at a national law firm's Brickell office. This role will not only have a strong background in trust and estate law but specialize in international wealth and asset planning. This role will require strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex international matters. Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience as a Paralegal working with Trust and Estates. Applicants must be able to work on site at the firm's Brickell office. Bilingual is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in the preparation and administration of complex international trusts and estates.
• Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, power of attorney, and other estate planning instruments.
• Drafting corporate entity documents for LLC's and LPs, etc.; both in the United States and internationally.
• Work with international jurisdictions- banking and due diligence.
• Familiarity and the ability to handle US estate planning, trusts, POAs and other related documents.
• Manage and organize client files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist in the preparation of estate tax returns and other related filings.
• Provide support in the administration of cross-border estates, including asset transfers and distributions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in international estate planning laws and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and answering inquiries in a timely manner.
