I am partnered with a Construction Manager & General Contracting firm that has serviced the NYC market for over 100 years, providing construction management, pre-construction, and sustainability services to a broad range of clients. With a footprint that covers higher education, retail, mixed-use and healthcare projects, they are recognized as one of the leading builders of both public and private work in the Tri-State area.

Your New Role & Responsibilities

As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be involved in the design of your projects, and you will also be responsible for carrying those projects through to completion! This role will be focused on public-related works, so you will be dealing with state and local clients, and construction/renovation of new and existing buildings.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this position, you will currently be operating in a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager capacity in New York and will have extensive construction and renovation experience in a museum, performance arts center, theater and other projects within the cultural and public sectors. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years as an APM, PM, and/or SPM.

A competitive salary of $130k - $180k and benefits package will be on offer for the right candidate, as will the opportunity to lead a team of Project Managers in a Project Executive position as the business grows.
