Senior Product Manager, Subscriptions

As the Senior Product Manager with the Subscriptions team, you will focus on opportunities where Best Buy can partner with vendors to manage customer relationships and recurring billing for software or streaming services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a passion for innovative technologies, and expertise in customer experience management, vendor relationship management, and recurring billing for software or streaming services. This role will drive product vision, strategy, and execution to deliver outstanding user experiences.

This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days on site at a Best Buy location and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

For this role, you must be located within a drivable distance to our office in Richfield, Minnesota, or Atlanta, Georgia.

What you'll do Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities Define product goals, KPIs, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders Partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams to launch new products and features Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer impact Engage with internal and external customers to gather feedback and identify unmet needs Track and report on product performance, making data-driven improvements Minimum Requirements2 years of Product Management experience, OR experience working with development, User experience, Strategy, etc. 1 year of experience with direct people management and team management. 1 year of relevant experience in strategy creation, customer-focused solutioning, cross-functional leadership, or related.1 or more years of product management experience in streaming or software services with content delivery and/or monetization strategies.Preferred RequirementsBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field OR equivalent experience 6 or more years of Product Management experience, OR experience working with development, User experience, Strategy, or related 2 or more years of experience with direct people management and team management What's in it for you
