Senior Engineering Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the growth of the Americas Region by finding and securing top engineering talent.
• Develop and enhance our hiring processes, leveraging innovative tools and best practices to attract the best candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for engineering roles, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
• Partner with HR and leadership to create effective recruiting strategies that align with our business goals.
• Successfully recruit for various engineering positions, including software, hardware, and systems engineering.
• Share insights and knowledge with the Talent Acquisition team to foster a collaborative and effective recruiting environment.
• Encourage fresh ideas and improvements in our processes to elevate the candidate experience and recruitment outcomes.
• Approach your work with professionalism and accountability, recognizing the impact of your role on the organization's success.
• Help define and implement programs that support our talent acquisition objectives, using a consultative approach to meet business needs.
• Utilize data and metrics to inform and enhance our recruiting strategies, driving results and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, particularly in engineering, in both corporate and agency settings.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting while maintaining a focus on quality and candidate experience.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
• Proficient in gathering and presenting data to support informed decision-making.
• Passionate about connecting with top talent and helping them find the right opportunities.
