RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Business Analyst north of Salt Lake, UT.Essential Functions:- As a Senior Business Analyst, you will oversee the technical business project and solution implementation
- Work with the technical team members and stakeholders for the mapping, analysis, and documentation of business projects and processes
- Assess and analyze an organization's current IT capabilities and suggest solutions to improve the company's computer systems
- Senior Business Analyst will align information technology systems with business operations by analyzing and developing innovative integrated software solutions
- Provide internal IT support and manage web-based services and customer support
- Regularly report to management
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in basic office applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, charts and diagrams, and email
- Requirements gathering and able to liaise with business entities
- Experience with discovery and documentation
- Demonstrated strong technical understanding and aptitude
- Knowledge of operating systems; Database Administration/Usage; Software Programing knowledge; Web Services
- Problem-solving skills
- Communication skills; Engaging personality
- Research skills
- Self-driven/motivated
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
