The Senior BI Analytics Analyst , will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining BI solutions that provide actionable insights to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, proficiency in BI tools, and the ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders at all levels.The Senior Analyst, BI Analytics, will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining BI solutions that provide actionable insights to drive business decisions. Responsibilities

  • Develop, design, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and analytical tools.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Lead and manage BI projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
  • Conduct data modeling, data mining, and predictive analytics to support decision-making.
  • Provide training and support to business users on BI tools and best practices.
  • Continuously improve BI processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data validation and quality checks.
  • Stay updated with the latest BI technologies and industry trends.

Minimum Education/ Experience
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years relevant work experience; 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree
  • Preferred Master's degree with 3+ relevant work experience; Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R; Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Specific Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a BI Analyst role or similar.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience with data warehousing solutions.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and tools.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
