We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team, supporting our J6 Part B Medical Review contract. The ideal candidate will possess working knowledge of Medicare, preferably with experience in Part B. Proficiency in business processes and technology programs such as SharePoint, Excel, and MS Word is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with business process tasks, including indexing claims for our MR workload.
• Collaborate with teammates to generate and distribute correspondence to providers.
• Support and engage with the team to foster a positive and collaborative culture.
• Adapt and contribute during periods of high workload with a positive attitude.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Medicare, with Part B experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in SharePoint, Excel, and MS Word.
• Ability to work from home on a full-time, hourly basis.
• Must have high speed internet with corded connection
• Dedicated office space to ensure privacy and protection of health information.
• Availability to work EST/CST daytime hours in compliance with our Corporate work at home policy.
