Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Salesforce Developer:

  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to implement and customize Salesforce Field Service solutions for the transportation department.

  • Develop and configure Salesforce Field Service to meet project requirements.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Field Service operations.

  • Work alongside the project management team to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

  • Contribute to go-live preparations, which may require on-site support during critical phases.

Required Skills for Salesforce Developer:

  • 2-5 years of Salesforce Field Service experience (Field Service Lightning).

  • Proven ability to configure and customize Salesforce Field Service solutions.

  • Experience integrating Salesforce Field Service with third-party systems.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
