Our leadership team is currently seeking a Sales Leader to drive business results by producing a well-managed, profitable, and growing book of business opportunities for our Columbus location. This leader will serve as a trusted partner to both our internal teams and our client teams, building and executing customized business plans and predictable sales engagement processes.

Sales Executive

We are seeking a talented Sales Director, Senior Sales Executive, or Sales Executive to join us! Our Sales team drives business results by producing a well-managed, profitable, and growing book of business opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with General Manager, Global Teams, experts in local markets, and technology partners to create unified business advisory offerings and go-to-market strategies.
  • Work with new and existing clients to build a pipeline and secure new Master Service Agreements (MSA's)
  • Identify and meet with a broad set of buyers to learn about client initiatives and represent Slalom capabilities
  • Nurture relationships with Alliance partners to drive Slalom growth in key practice areas
  • Identify opportunities for growth and maturation of Location offerings
  • Drive business development with the proper information, tools, and subject matter expertise to sell engagements.
  • Maintains a strong network in the marketplace to promote the Slalom brand.
  • Enhances the Company's culture, and exemplifies our shared values on a day-to-day basis.
What You'll Bring
  • 10+ years experience in a direct sales/business development role with a focus on growth in the consulting industry
  • Evidence of successfully originating and closing business with new clients
  • A history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets for the last 3 years
  • Evidence of building impactful relationships with c-suite leaders
  • Experience with sales activities and pursuits, including business development, proposals, statements of work, and revenue targets of $10M+.
  • Ability to lead the design and facilitation of strategic planning sessions - helping align leaders around a shared mission, vision, and strategy.
  • Collaborative working style, easily adaptable to new environments and ability to embrace ambiguity.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • A demonstrated ability to self motivate
*We are open to hiring at Sales Director or Senior Sales Executive level.
