Salary: $50.00 USD Hourly - $55.00 USD Hourly
Description:

Clinical Research Nurse

Location: Charlotte

Contract Duration: 4-6 months (longer if the trial goes as expected)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 hours minimum paid per day)

Compensation: Guaranteed 8 hours per day, regardless of the schedule

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing services using the nursing process to support a clinical research trial.
• Evaluate and enroll patients in clinical research studies.
• Perform study procedures (e.g., start intravenous lines, venipunctures, obtain biological specimen samples, obtain ECG recordings, vital signs, safety assessments) as required by the study protocol.
• Collaborate with the clinical research team to ensure compliance with FDA regulations, Good Clinical Practices (GCP), and other relevant guidelines.
• Collect and manage samples taken for analysis.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports to investigators and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent phlebotomy experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of home health experience.
• Preferred: 1 year of clinical trial experience (nice to have).
