Revenue Cycle Specialist

Our client is looking for experienced Revenue Cycle Specialists to join their continually growing team. They provide 3rd party billing for a large network of healthcare practices. Must have demonstrated experience in billing, coding, and collections in a fast paced high volume environment. Ideal candidate has a service oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail. Responsibilities



• Assist with resolving claim and payer issues to optimize revenue collections

• Monitor EOB posting in NextGen and CareCloud

• Escalate to ensure SLAs are met

• Monitor Clearing House to make sure claims are passing through

• Work individual suspense accounts to resolve issues timely

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies with cash transactions

• Data transfer log

• Contact insurance companies and collect any outstanding account balances

• Maintain confidentiality of patient care and business

• Other Responsibilities as assigned





Qualifications



• 2+ years of experience with medical collections

• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.

• Formulate and operationalize new concepts and ideas for improvement.

• CareCloud and NextGen EHR software

• Advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables

• Strong communication and customer service skills
