Retail Compliance Manager Opening in Aurora, CO 80011!
Schedule: Mon-Thurs in office, Fridays work from home
Full Time 8am-5pm
Pay: $60-65k salary
Seeking someone with:
- Experience with major retail compliance requirements, routing guides, and vendor violation processes
- Warehouse management system / ERP experience
- Bachelors degree
- Microsoft Office, strong Excel
- Must be detail oriented and analytical, with an entrepreneural, problem solver mindset!
Overview:Ensure smooth operations by aligning our team's processes with enterprise customer requirements, including invoicing, labeling, and shipping. Develop, implement, and scale processes to maintain vendor compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret customer requirements for invoicing, labeling, shipping, and ensure team compliance.
- Develop and scale new processes that enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage day-to-day operations, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure alignment with company values.
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and EDI teams on process improvements.
- Review, analyze, and coordinate service modifications for existing accounts.
- Manage vendor compliance, including researching and disputing chargebacks.
