REMOTE - Senior Salesforce/Java Engineer

MUST HAVE: Salesforce development, Jest testing, and Java development experience -

Looking for
1. Deep deep salesforce knowledge
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
3. Experience in senior roles -strong strong technical salesforce experience
4. Familiarity in working in a product model if not direct experience of working in a product model
5. Must be willing to participate, be independent, be collaborative- must offer thoughts/ideas/suggestions/options/opinions on solutions
6. Must be engaged and collaborative -to work with existing team and other teams that may have dependencies.
7. Salesforce sales cloud, service cloud, financial services cloud,- all good experiences
8. Looking for stable work experience and history
9. Must have internal to org salesforce development/implementation/management/maintenance experience as opposed to implementing salesforce solutions for clients
10. Be clearly able to articulate salesforce experiences/ complex and challenging enterprise wide projects with enough details to show technical and business aspects.

Different coding languages / engineering before getting into salesforce. Java or JavaScript

Look for Salesforce DX and developer tools

Heavily integrated with other applications

Technical thought leadership - blogs / posts / git hub contributions

Years of experience in SF specifically are not as important

Overall years of exp 5+
