Our client, a local commercial real estate firm, has an immediate need for an on-site temporary Real Estate Leasing Coordinator to support their team in Bethesda, MD!

About the Job:

• Act as the face of the building.
• Work with tenants, talk through leases, set up follow-up appointments, and respond to resident requests.
• Conduct tours for prospective residents and ensure a smooth move-in experience.
• Community/resident event planning and flyer creation.
• Other tasks/responsibilities as needed.

About You:

• A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in leasing, real estate, or other relevant position is required.
• Outstanding sales skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong aptitude for computer systems and software.
• Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Position:

• Pays $26/hr-$28/hr
• Starting ASAP!
• Temporary for 3-4 months
• Hours are 8:30-5pm or 9-5:30pm.
• Hybrid on-site 4 days/week.
• Located in Bethesda, MD!
