We count on our project managers to deliver both qualitative and quantitative insights into user behavior in order to drive prevention and detection solutions at scale. By working cross functionally, we identify and pursue areas for process and product improvement, enabling us to better protect our community at scale. And by focusing on decision quality, we ensure that we are held accountable for our actions. This role will work closely with partners across Engineering, Policy and other Meta teams to drive operational projects in a fast-paced and data-driven environment on the Fact Check Operations team.
Project Manager, Problem Integrity Operations Responsibilities:
- Deliver projects involving quantitative analysis and strategy development. Working directly with global cross-functional teams to implement next-generation community experiences through process, policy, and product improvements
- Manage and improve day-to-day operations against quality and efficiency targets in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Analyze data to identify trends and suggest recommendations to improve operations
- Use problem solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships to create better solutions for our community and users
- Help create scalable policies and processes to solve complex business problems and ensure the safety of the community
- Develop a deep understanding of content integrity issues and how they affect our community
- Lead investigations and resolve issues that are escalated to the team regarding potentially problematic content and enforcements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or other advanced degree
- 2+ years of work experience in a role involving strategic/analytical initiatives (project management, consulting experience, data analysis or technical systems) and/or customer operations
- 1+ year of experience working with data tools such as SQL, SAS, and data visualization (e.g. Tableau) tools
- Analytically driven, understands nuances and patterns within large data sets
- Problem-solver with proven execution and experience to influence and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Experience communicating issues and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience managing and prioritizing projects end-to-end across various stakeholders and functions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with global teams and diverse communities
- Knowledge of programming languages, e.g. Python, R
- An avid user of our Meta products

$34.62/hour to $109,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
