IDR is seeking a Project Manager with a strong blend of technical knowledge, program management skills, and financial acumen to join one of our top retail clients for a remote, year-long contract. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead $30M+ Personalization Program: Oversee a large-scale marketing initiative, focusing on delivering personalized guest recommendations through data insights derived from past shopping behaviors and real-time interactions.
• Utilize Adobe Suite: Leverage Adobe Journey Optimization (AJO) and other Adobe tools to monitor customer activity, refine personalization strategies, and provide actionable insights.
• Project Management: Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure the program is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Financial Oversight: Manage financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, distinguishing between capital and operational expenses to ensure effective use of funds.
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track program milestones, assess trends, and provide ongoing updates to leadership on project status, resource usage, and any potential challenges.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure smooth execution and alignment with program goals.
• Risk Mitigation & Flexibility: Identify potential risks and manage challenges proactively, adjusting the program approach to keep the initiative on track despite changes.

Qualifications:

• Program Management Experience: Demonstrated success in managing large, complex programs, particularly in marketing or personalization initiatives.
• Technical Expertise: Experience with Adobe Journey Optimization (AJO) or other marketing personalization tools.
• Financial Expertise: Strong background in budget management, financial forecasting, and resource allocation, with an understanding of capitalization vs. operational expenses.
• Analytical Abilities: Skilled in analyzing data trends, forecasting project needs, and ensuring milestones are achieved within time and budget constraints.
• Leadership & Communication: Excellent ability to lead teams, communicate clearly, and coordinate efforts across departments to achieve project goals.
• Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly adapt to evolving priorities, resolve issues, and maintain a positive outlook in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
