What You Will Do:

Execute Senior Production Operator duties and below as needed. Utilize advanced technical skills for set up, start-up, troubleshooting, and operation of basic and intermediate manufacturing processes and equipment. Apply safety measures, lean tools, and techniques for process improvement. Proficient in handling multiple intermediate and some advanced technologies. Provide training for basic and intermediate technology processes. Operate around 25% of next-level equipment in ongoing development.

  • Set up, troubleshoot, and operate intermediate technology machines and production processes.
  • Oversee start-up, operation, and shutdown of machinery, contributing to 25% of production.
  • Ensure accurate packaging, labeling, and cartoning of products, with occasional manual tasks.
  • Conduct quality inspections, resolve issues, and input data in line with Panduit's quality systems.
  • Assist in training less experienced employees and actively engage in continuous education.
  • Identify and eliminate waste, actively contributing to advancing 5S levels.
  • Proficiently use Panduit Oracle operating system for manufacturing information and maintenance orders.
What You Will Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of related manufacturing experience
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new skills and knowledge quickly.
  • Basic mathematical skills and proficiency in using a calculator and measuring tools.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
