The Judge Group is seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor for a manufacturing company in the Clanton, Al area

Title: Night Shift Production Supervisor

Location: Clanton, AL area

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000

Shift: 6p-6a, 2-3-2 schedule

Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Manage hourly production associates by setting a positive example and proactively contributing to the company's success.

• Safety Training: Conduct monthly safety training for all department personnel.

• Reporting: Provide production reports to Executive Team Members as requested.

• Schedule Compliance: Ensure adherence to production schedules and handle all relevant tasks.

• Equipment Maintenance: Collaborate closely with maintenance to ensure safe and efficient production equipment operation.

• Process Improvement: Continuously work on enhancing factory processes and consider associate suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications:

•3+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience

•Heavy industrial manufacturing experience preferred (chemical, metals, pulp & paper, etc.)

•Lean manufacturing/Six Sigma experience a plus
