Production / Inventory Coordinator B

Contract Position

Responsibilities:

• Support production flow by moving and processing materials in and out of storage and production areas, following established procedures.
• Monitor work in process to ensure timely production and part availability.
• Use automated systems and manual reporting to update and communicate the status of parts and materials.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies with parts and materials using established protocols.
• Coordinate with various teams to set priorities and expedite production activities to prevent schedule delays.
• Maintain a high level of attention to safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate a forklift and assist with material handling tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of relevant work experience.
• Ability to operate a forklift, lift 35 lbs, and perform regular standing/walking throughout the day, including occasional use of stairs.
• Strong attention to detail, adherence to standards, and commitment to teamwork and customer service.
