Post Close Specialist, Location TBD

Provide efficient clerical and customer post-closing support to the Association, while assisting in the servicing and growth of business. Comply with all AgCredit, ACA policies and procedures while maintaining regular and punctual attendance as expected of this position.

What You'll Do:

• Validates collateral records.
• Handles collateral lien servicing and management, including renewing and releasing liens, and the servicing of loan guaranties.
• Manages collateral insurance, tracking receipts of proof of coverage, reviewing policies to verify coverage, monitoring renewals and loss payables, working with Loan Operations to put LSI in place if there is a lapse in coverage, and following up with insurance providers as needed
• Reviews, monitors, and handles all FSA Guarantees and reporting. Completes FSA Guarantee post-closing requirements, including preparing closing reports, sending closing packets to FSA, tracking receipt of FSA guarantees, certifying FSA guarantees, completing FSA Guarantee semi-annual reporting.
• Sends security interest and assignment notifications and tracks receipts of acknowledgment.
• Coordinate the Association's loss payables process for existing loans.
• Reviews, monitors and handles all UCC renewals and releases.
• Responsible for all mortgage certification reviews and procedures.
• Initiates and handles all releases within the lending office while corresponding with the shared processor.
• Assists lending team with maintaining CRM, loan portfolio management, loan processing and loan servicing tasks.
• May be responsible for supporting crop insurance.
• Scans, uploads, and indexes documents as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

• High School graduate or GED and two years of business experience
• Demonstrates attention to detail
• Able to use technology and willingness to learn
• Efficiently and accurately follows through on tasks
• Takes direction well
• The ability to travel to lending offices, AgFirst Farm Credit Bank, and other locations for training. Some overnight travel may be expected.
