Your new role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Paving Superintendent to oversee and manage paving projects in the DFW. This role offers the opportunity to ensure project efficiency, and maintain high standards of safety and quality.

• Supervise and coordinate paving crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safety protocols.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to meet project goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues promptly.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in paving or construction management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
