Minimum Qualifications:
High School/GED Must have or obtain within 30 days of hire a Class B Commercial license with "P" endorsement and air brake endorsement, cost of training for license to be covered by the department. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be able to stoop, bend, or kneel for ADA wheelchair securement and left at least 50 lbs. Preferred Qualifications: Drivers should have one year experience with "P" endorsement driving a bus or like vehicle. Must not have an air brake restriction. Shuttle drivers must have two years' experience with "P" endorsement driving a bus or like vehicle.
