Job Description Summary
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•\tBe able to work in the Painting fields and lead personnel in a team oriented and safety conscious environment.
•\tMust be able to use hand/power tools
•\tBe able to work in elevated areas such as ladders, scaffolds and, platforms.
•\tHave knowledge of colors and codes of paint for RMEP and their different applications.
•\tHave knowledge of MSDS of paints and cleaners being used and, disposal of materials. (Responsible in making sure materials are disposed of properly)
•\tMust keep team informed of any and all hazarders materials being used.

NON ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•\tMust maintain positive customer and employee relationships (communications with all)
•\tMaking sure all areas are cleaned and primed before painting.
•\tAssist planner to schedule work (Regular & Over time)
•\tCreate quotes as needed.
•\tAccurate and timely administrative duties to include Time off request forms (turned into planner/manager for signature)
•\tReview work orders with customer
•\tFill out materials request form as needed (give to planner/manager to order)
•\tCheck off materials from packing slip when received orders (sign sheets give to planner)
•\tDaily checks on jobs in progress & completed jobs. (Customer satisfaction)
•\tComplete overtime sheets and have signed (turned into planner)
•\tPerform assigned tasks in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.
•\tAssist in keeping painting tools and, equipment in good order and clean.

REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Education and/or Experience):
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

A valid driver's license is required to obtain a Customer Mobile Equipment License.

•\tAble to operate man-lifts

The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles; extreme cold; extreme heat; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
