Overview:
Immediate and fully remote opening for an Organizational Change Manager & Content Strategist to support Business Operations Leaders! This person will support the Chief of Staff in support of the SVP of the organization with putting together content for town hall meetings, manager forums, change management documentation, and more!

*This role is Fully Remote*

Desired Skills:

• 3+ years of Organizational Change Management Experience (OCM) - Supporting leaders in alignment of organizational strategies
• 3+ years of experience creating engaging visually appealing content for executive decks, town hall ppt decks, (powerpoints should have strong visuals), and internal & external communications
• 3+ years' experience supporting business leaders in Project planning, planning, faciliating, & leading workforce strategy sessions
• Experienced in Design Thinking frameworks or LUMA frameworks
