RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Operations Analyst in Beaverton, OR.Summary:During a typical day/week, you will attend several cross-functional program/project status meetings. You will work independently curating research and resources, and you'll obsess execution of our leadership events and priority projects.Within this role, you'll perform a wide range of duties supporting the operations of the Technology team, focused on:- Managing leadership events, including planning and production
- Producing, editing, and reformatting documents, inc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Communications-related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience with an emphasis in operations or project management
- Experience utilizing PowerPoint is required
- Experience handling sophisticated partner engagements, leading projects with multiple contributors/influencers, facilitating meetings, and delivering presentations to senior leadership
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Outlook is required
- Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- You can take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, and utilize a keen attention to detail
- You have the capacity for planning in the short, medium, and long term, and have a creative attitude with strong presentation development skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment with sometimes high levels of ambiguity and independence
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with a variety of personalities including senior level executives
- Ability to work independently, balancing multiple deliverables with tight deadlines
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
