Principal/Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Payroll: Enter Payroll on ECMS weekly from timesheets
  • PCM (Primavera Contract Management)
  • Upload RFI's into PCM and email the appropriate individual and agencies
  • Submit Submittals and supporting documentation Invoices
    • Collect packing/delivery receipts and file
    • Submit invoices along with packing slip to accounting department
    • Keep track of paid and pending invoices
    Other Duties as Assigned or Requested:
    • Provide administrative support to Project Managers, Engineers and other field personnel as needed
    • Clerical duties: answering, routing telephone calls, typing, faxing and ordering office supplies.
    • Open, Sort and Distribute incoming and outgoing mail: USPS/UPS/FedEx
    • Meet and greet visitors
    • Set up and coordinate meetings
      • Compose/Distribute meeting agendas
      • Take meeting minutes
      • Order food
    • Enforce site safety at all times
    • Assist new hires with completing new hire paperwork:
      • I-9
      • W-4's
      • Pay rate forms
      • Direct deposit forms
